The first Modern Warfare 2 downloadable content will arrive in April, a source  has told CVG. Activision hasn’t yet commented on the matter. There's no word yet on what Modern Warfare players should expect in the first DLC pack. Infinity Ward's  Robert Bowling just last month saying he “can’t comment on what to expect yet.”... more.

The first Modern Warfare 2 downloadable content will be exclusive to the Xbox 360 for 30 days, Microsoft has clarified. “We have a 30-day timed exclusive on the Modern Warfare content packs,” a Microsoft spokesperson told Eurogamer. “So it will be available on other platforms, but you get to try and play on Xbox 360 first.”... more.

Infinity Ward is not creating Modern Warfare 3, according to a VG247 source, and is instead working on something “completely new”. “Right now we don’t have a clue what our next game is going to be, and we won’t know what it will be until we finish with Modern Warfare 2, which won’t be for a while,” VG247 was told by one dev source that a Canadian studio was handling it. ... more.

Another Modern Warfare 2 glitch is being exploited , one that gives the player unlimited ammo with no reloading , allowing them to ground pound even more than usual via the AC130 According to IW Community manager Robert Bowling (@FourZeroTwo) the exploit is being addressed. “We plan on eliminating the exploit and taking care of those who abused it.”... more.
