Infinity Ward has seen the departure of two more senior staff members today, according to Kotaku . Former Infinity Ward heads Vince Zampella and Jason West are bringing a lawsuit against Activision for breach of contract and other claims, after Activision terminated their employment on March 1. The first Modern Warfare 2 downloadable content will arrive in April, a source  has told CVG. Activision hasn’t yet commented on the matter. There's no word yet on what Modern Warfare players should expect in the first DLC pack. Infinity Ward's  Robert Bowling just last month saying he “can’t comment on what to expect yet.”... more.
