Former Infinity Ward heads Vince Zampella and Jason West are bringing a lawsuit against Activision for breach of contract and other claims, after Activision terminated their employment on March 1. The first Modern Warfare 2 downloadable content will arrive in April, a source  has told CVG. Activision hasn’t yet commented on the matter.There's no word yet on what Modern Warfare players should expect in the first DLC pack. Infinity Ward's  Robert Bowling just last month saying he “can’t comment on what to expect yet.”... more.

Considering the Xbox 360 version sold the most copy's of Modern Warfare 2, it comes as a bit of a shock to us that the "care package patch" has already released on PS3 and PC and is just now being submitted to Microsoft for certification.  Infinity Ward's community man Robert Bowling also seems surprised by the late patch saying "Not too much longer before it's a thing of the past." ... more.
