The Best Games of 2011: Nintendo Wii
0 CommentsPosted by Corey Cudney on December 27, 2011 under FC, Nintendo
This year for the Wii was well......it was there. Let's face it, the Wii is on it's last leg, but that doesn't mean it can't still kick out stellar games, but for the majority, it fell short. 2011 had about three really memorable releases, Kirby's Return to Dreamland, where you take on the role of Kirby to help an alien race gather their spaceship pieces to return home. There was also the Japa... more. -
Men In Black Video Game Coming In 2012

Activision and Columbia Pictures are teaming up to bring you a new Men In Black video game. The release of the MIB video game will coincide with the theatrical release of Men In Black 3. Being that it's a movie tie-in game from Activision, I'm expecting Men In Black to be a standard(read: boring) third person shooter with aliens thrown in the mix. Maybe it'll have awesome weapons? Men In... more. -
Why the Nintendo 3DS Failed
0 CommentsPosted by baileystein on September 5, 2011 under Nintendo
Many people wonder why the Nintendo 3DS sales are so bad. I personally own the Nintendo 3DS, and I pre-ordered it back in March. $250 is steep compared to $100 for a DS Lite, $140 for a DSi, and $160 for a DSiXL. That is why Nintendo had to lower the price - it was way too much. The 3DS is really cool and I'm actually a bit surprised it did so bad, but... there are a few reasons for the 3DS... more. -

Wii Play Motion coming June 13

On June 13, 2011, Nintendo will release Wii Play Motion. Wii Play has seemed to be a success, with over 10 Million Copies Sold. The Wii Play Motion game, and a Wii Remote Plus will cost $50. Seeing that controllers are going down to almost $30, this unorthodox price seems to push it right out of your shopping cart. I think the game will do fine, but not like the other Wii Titles. Out of all the ... more. -

At a recent investor meeting Nintendo revealed that they will be giving away a free 3D version of NES classic Excitebike. The game will be bundled with an upcoming the 3DS eShop firmware update that is coming in late May. Unfortunately this offer has only been confirmed for Japan, so Americans and Europeans may be disappointed. The fact that Nintendo are bringing Excitebike to the 3DS probab... more. -

Punch-Out!! Wii Review
1 CommentsPosted by Ed on February 14, 2011 under General, Nintendo, Reviews
The original Punch-Out!! was available on the arcades in 1984 and was eventually released for the NES in 1987. The NES version was thought of as one of the consoles’ best games. It mixed intense accuracy with solid gameplay. The series hasn’t been updated in 15 years and I wasn’t sure if I was going to see another Punch-Out!! game again. Leave it to Next Level Games to resurrect Little Mac... more.
