  Ubisoft’s  CEO Yves Guillemot says the title has been moved out of the “very competitive environment” that is this year’s holiday quarter. The additional development time will allow the developers to better realize “their vision” for the product. We should see more on the game at E3.... more.

• Analyst think Red Dead Redemption will sell 4mil in a year

  Cowen analyst Doug Creutz believes Red Dead Redemption could sell as many as four million copies in its first year. The initial estimate of 2.2 million has been revised to reflect the “very strong pre-order demand” Michael Pachter  has placed the title at 2-3 million units. • Second Modern Warfare 2 DLC in a month

  Activision announced today that the second multiplayer map pack would arrive on June 3, again as a timed exclusive to Xbox 360. The DLC’s titled the Resurgence Pack and once again brings players five new multiplayer maps. No details on the pricing just yet but it will probably be $15.... more.
