Zombie Studio’s procedurally generated horror title will now come out April 29 for PlayStation 4 and PC instead of the planned April 8 release, publisher Atlus announced today.
“First news you need to know about Daylight is that we had to delay the release date by several weeks. Here’s the thing, the way Daylight is developed is completely different because of its procedural generation,” reads the press release. “In a lot of ways it really helped the team by streamlining the environment creation, but it’s taken extra time to make sure all the scare cues are properly implemented for maximum player effect.”
PC players who pre-ordr the game and Playstation Plus subscribers will be able to purchase Daylight for $9.99. The regular price will be $11.99.
