Capcom’s upcoming next-gen action RPG, Deep Down, will be free-to-play, the publisher announced at TGS today.
Shuhei Yoshidam, Sony Worldwide Studios boss, tweeted that people can expect a beta version of the game close to the Japanese launch of the PS4, so somewhere around February 22.
While I’m usually not into action RPG’s, the game being free to play guarantees I’ll at least check it out. Maybe this will be the one that gets me into the genre. Yeah… probably not.
