New owners of the Metro franchise, Deep Silver, have announced a release date for the long awaited Metro 2033 sequel, Metro: Last Light. Deep Silver, the company best known for the Dead Island franchise, purchased Metro: Last Light as part of the THQ asset auction where they also acquired Volition Studios. Metro: Last Light is set to see the light of day May 14th in America and May 17th in Europe. It is set to be released on three systems: Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. There has been no word if the pre-order bonuses THQ offered before its demise are still available if you pre-order now.
