With the much-anticipated download content “Dragonborn” launching on Xbox LIVE today, Bethesda Softworks has announced that the PlayStation 3 and PC versions would launch in early 2013. This may come as a surprise to PS3 users who are, due to the developers trouble getting the DLC to run on the system, still waiting on the game’s first two expansions, Dawnguard and Hearthfire.
“The PS3 is a powerful system, and we’re working hard to deliver the content you guys want. Dawnguard is obviously not the only DLC we’ve been working on either, so the issues of adding content get even more complicated. This is not a problem we’re positive we can solve, but we are working together with Sony to try to bring you this content,” said a company spokesperson on the game’s official forum back in August.
”Dragonborn” is out today for 1600 Microsoft Points (or $20).
