After all the cyber attacks that have been recently been going on over the PlayStation Network, it seems Sony has finally begun to show some results to the problem. On May 15, shortly past midnight, Sony announced that they have restored PSN service in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
For all those about to get back into the fight online, all PS3 owners must download the new 3.61 firmware and change their account passwords for security circumstances. Practically everything is restored to its original settings except for the PlayStation Store, which Sony has mentioned they will bring it back online eventually.
For those outside of the mentioned areas, Sony is still working on the matter and plans to resolve the issues as soon as possible.
