The latest project from a modder named Techknott, boasts some pretty impressive capabilities. Basically, the handheld sends control signals to a PS3, which transmits video signals back to the device.
According to the modder’s post the device will soon be available for purchase.

PSP can do the same thing except you`re missing some buttons, which is why i guess this exists.
